"The property was in a great location in an area that we know well. It was secure and well equipped and the beds were super comfortable! Everything was well presented and very clean. We couldn’t have asked for better. Perfect for 2 couples. Everaldo was great at communicating. We were late arriving and nothing was a problem. He sent us information by text and made us feel at home. Had a wonderful stay 10/10! 🤩"

"The great location, bed, shower and pillows and cleanliness. The apartment. was outfitted with the basics, BUT pretty slim after the basics: dish soap - no sponge or dish rag, dishwasher and washing machine , no soap or tablets, salt and pepper shakers no salt or pepper, etc"

"Beware. When I tried to pay the damage deposit of €500 thru the hosts link to their payment processor, I got a "Fraud Alert" - twice. Note: (it is only a €500 deposit against a total exposure of €2000 which is never mentioned in the Booking listing. You don't find out until you are in the deposit payment process) The Host, who's name is not mentioned in the Bookings listing has a 7.2 rating. Good warning sign. It was incredibly frustrating and took hours and numerous communications with the Host to get a favorable resolution - ie. no security deposit taken. I think I owe that to Fabinho the Host representative who met me at the property. Thanks Fabinho."
